Impactive Training is a boutique leadership and team development firm based in New Westminster, British Columbia.
We partner with organizations across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and BC to develop emerging leaders, strengthen management teams and improve how people work together. Every engagement is designed around your people, your culture and the results you need, and delivered at your workplace or virtually.

About Gabriela Medar
Gabriela Medar
Gabriela Medar is the founder of Impactive Training. She brings more than 12 years of experience designing and delivering leadership and team development workshops for organizations across British Columbia.
Gabriela specializes in the transition into leadership: helping emerging leaders and newly promoted managers build credibility, lead with accountability and hold the conversations that move teams forward. She is the creator of Peer to Leader and a certified Personality Dimensions® facilitator, and her sessions are known for being practical, interactive and immediately applicable.
She is a course instructor at Simon Fraser University and a TEDx speaker.
